working on the intercalary weeks: a work in progress

Things to consider:

The earth has 365.24 days a year.

The Zadok priest have 364 days a year.

The Zadok priest have a sabbath cycle every 7 years and a Jubilee at the end of the 49th sabbath year which is the 50th and 1st of the next set of counting years. These are recorded as jubilees 2-7 and total 294 years in the Dead Sea Scrolls. The Priestly course of 6 years rotate within these 294 years. Gamul is the priest for the 1st year in the priestly order of years. Gamul also starts the 2nd jubilee and ends the 7th jubilee.

Here's the math if done by a 294-year cycle.

Earth cycle of 365.24 x 294 years=107380.56 days

Zadok cycle of 364 x 294 years=107016 days

107380.56-107016=364.56 days different

It's very interesting that the earth's cycle at the end of a 294-year cycle is one Zadokite cycle longer. We know there has to be intercalary days within the Priestly calendar to stay in season. If we intercalate a complete week of 7 days at the end of each 6-year priestly course, then we will have added 343 days to the 107016=107359.

Now we have 107380.56 earth -107359 Zadok= 21.56 days difference. These days would have to be added where they do not break the Priestly Order of 1-6.

Now consider the 5/6 intercalary method.

Earth days in a 294-year cycle =107380.56

5/6 intercalary method days in a 294-year cycle=107394

107394-107380.56=you'll have 13.44 days to many in 294years by adding weeks at a 5/6-year method going passed the equinox.

The next thing to consider is how can you have a .24 of a day at the end of the year?

The .24 is calculated by the earth going around the sun. Scriptures say the earth does not move but the sun rises and sets.

Now let's calculate time according to when the sun returns back to a particular star or constellation without the .24 for the Zadokite calendar.

365 x 294=107,310

364 x 294=107,016

107,310-107,016=294

Instead of 364.56 days longer in 294 years we are now have 294 days longer.

Now we add the 343 intercalary days within the 294-year Zadokite priestly cycle.

107,016 + 343=107,359

Now we take the 107,359- 107,310=49 days or 7 weeks to many for the Zadokite calendar.

Let's now consider the earth's orbit around the sun and the difference without the .24 using the 5/6 method.

365 x 294=107,310

294 using the 5/6=107394

107,394-107310= 84 days or 12 weeks to many in 294 years.

Comparison: 365.24 compared to Zadokite 364 at the end of 294 years with 343 intercalary days we are 21.56 days behind.

If the .24 days at the end of the earth's orbit around the sun is in fact true, then the Zadokite Priestly calendar needs to find out where to add the 3 weeks. If the sun 's rotation compared to the stars without the .24 is true, then we either have to many days or it's a matter of longer spans of time where the difference would be accounted for.

If the .24 days at the end of the earth's orbit around the sun is in fact true, the 5/6 method has to 13.56 days to many and 84 days to many according to the sun's rotation in the stars is true.

Other things to consider: We know Enoch was written for the one's living in the last days.

Enoch tells us that the year starts with equal day and night. Maybe he's only writing about the way the year will start at the end of this age. The book of Enoch was written for those living in the last days. Enoch 1:1

If the DSS writers left us the calendar for the last days. Then we now have a time stamp in the sky of where we are in time, and we follow the Zadokite priestly calendar by only adding a week at the end of the 6th year and beginning of the 1st priestly course of Gamul. Then by the time we get to the year 2067 we will be starting on the 16th the next morning after equal day and night that year. (2067 being the end of this Jubilee)

At that point in time, we will only be 70 years away from the 6000th year of the earth.

Adam died 70 years before 1000 years was up and the scriptures says a day is as 1000 years to Yah.

We also, see that the year 2030 is 2000 years from Messiah's death and we will still be starting on the 19th in 2031 which is another year like creation week with equal day and night on the 1st day of the week and equinox on the 4th. Another time to be ready and watch.

I am not saying that either one of these dates is the year the Messiah will come back because we don't know but we are supposed to watch and be ready. We are to watch and follow not try and make everything fit according to our own understanding.

Without the precession of the equinox, we would have no changing of the ages, and we would not be able to see the prophecy in the sun, moon, and stars coming to pass as they did when the Messiah was born, when the age changed from Aries to Pisces. Right now, we are told that the age is starting to change again from Pisces to Aquarius. When that will happen, I don't know but if we are always adding time passed the equinox, we could miss

the changes in the sky.

I believe we should not be worried about any other intercalation, math, or equinox dates but watch and see what the Father reveals to us in these last days.

What extra intercalation the Zadokite Priest did before they left us the Records for our day just might be missing for a very good Reason!! Everything is in the hands of the Father, and he gives us everything we need in his timing.

Using a 365 day solar year over 294 years yields 107310 days. If 7 days is intercalated at the end of every 6 years of the priestly cycle for 6 consecutive cycles, but not on the 7th cycle, the total is 107310 days in 294 years, i.e. no error. Years 42, 84, 126,168, 210, 252, and 294 occur at the end of a 6-year priestly cycle, and therefore will not disrupt the priestly cycle, essentially being a rest from intercalation. If every 7th priestly cycle omits intercalation, then it works.
