Numbers 33:3-4 They set out from Rameses in the first month on the 15th day of the first month, on the day following the Passover......while the Egyptian's were burying the dead.
Messiah was put upon the stake on the 15th. day of the 1st month on the Zadokite Priestly calendar.
Exodus 8:27 We will go 3 day's journey into the wilderness, and sacrifice to Yah our Elohim, as He has commanded us. Three days journey would be 15th, 16th, 17th, with the Israelites encamped on the 18th for Sabbath.
The very Sabbath Messiah is raised alive after 3 days and 3 nights in the grave.
The next day being the 1st day of the week and the 19th day of the 1st month we have the
Egyptian's leaving out in pursuit of the Israelites on the 19th according to the book of Jubilees.
Jubilees 48:15-16 And on the 14th day and on the 15th day and on the 16th day and on the 17th day and on the 18th day, the prince of Mastema was bound and imprisoned behind the children of Israel that he might not accuse them. And on the 19th, we let them loose that they might help the Egyptians and pursue the children of Isreal.
Exodus 14:9 And the Egyptian's pursued after them......and overtook them encamping by the Red Sea, beside Pi Hahiroth.
This is the same day Messiah shows himself alive but can't be touched for reason of a dead body. Numbers 19:11
Now we have the crossing of the Red Sea! Three days after Messiah's resurrection he is required to wash per Numbers 19:11, this being the 21st day of the 1st month, the last day of Unleavened Bread.
The same day the Israelites crossed the Red Sea, on the last high Day of unleavened Bread after the Egyptian's were loose to pursue the Israelites.
(This had to be the 21st of the 1st month given the timeline of counting to Shavuot explained below.)
Exodus 15:22-26 And Moshe led Israel onward from the Red Sea... and they went 3 days into the wilderness and found no water. And when they came to Marah; they could not drink of the water of Marah, for they were bitter....and Yah showed Moshe a tree, he throws it into the water, and the waters were made sweet.
verse 26 There he made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there he proved them saying, If you will diligently listen to the voice of Yah your Elohim, and will do that which is right in His eyes, and will give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I put on the Egyptians: for I am Yah that heals you.
Three days after they went through the Red Sea would be the 24th of the 1st month.
verse 27 And they came to Elim, where were 12 springs of water, and 70 palm trees: and encamped there by the water.
This will bring you to the 25th of the 1st month the Sabbath before Wave Sheaf.
This is the 7th day of Messiah's cleansing per Numbers 19:11
The very next day Messiah presents Himself to the Disciples for 40 days, this being the 26th day of the 1st month and the day to start the count towards Shavuot.
From the Dead Sea Scrolls we know the count to Shavuot starts on the 26th of the 1st month. We can now see how this fits the timeline of Messiah's death, resurrection, and 7-day cleansing period required in Numbers 19:11 for touching a dead body. This timeline also fits with the Israelites coming out of Egypt.
Exodus 19:1-2 In the 3rd month when the children of Israel were gone forth out of the land of Egypt the same day they came into the wilderness of Sinai. They came to the Mt. on the 13th and had to wash and be clean to meet with Yah on the 3rd day. That brings you to the 15th day of the 3rd. month Shavuot when yah spoke the commandants to the children of Israel.
The Dead Sea Scrolls Zadokite Priestly calendar confirms that Shavuot is always on the 15th day of the 3rd month.
Now let's figure out the timeline:
1st month the 15th day to end of 1st month is 15 days
2nd month has 30 days
3rd month 1st day until 15th day is 15 days
Total of 60 days from the time the Israelites left Egypt until the day of Shavuot at Mt. Sini.
If you count 50 days backwards you come to the 1st month 26th day ... Wave Sheaf.
The same day Messiah appeared to the Disciples after his 7 days of cleansing, and they were allowed to touch Him.
This is also when the Israelites were camped at Elim with 12 springs of water.
We know the Omer count is 50 days from Wave Sheaf to Shavuot. The 10 days extra are from the 15th when they left out of Egypt until the 25th=10 days.
Showing 50-day count towards Shavuot could not have started until the 26th day of the 1st month. This lines up with the Messiah's death, resurrection, 7-day cleansing period, and His appearance to His disciples teaching them for 40 days until His ascension.
Both the Israelites and the Messiah had a 10-day waiting period before starting the 50-day count towards Shavuot. This might just be why the Temple Scroll col. 18 says you shall have a set apart gathering and the Priest shall atone for all the people assembled, for all their sin and they shall be forgiven them.
The disciples also had a 10-day waiting period from the 40th day of the Omer count, the day of Messiah's ascension, until Shavuot.
Acts 1:3 Messiah presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them for 40 days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of Yah.
verse 4 And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem but wait for the promise of the Father.
verse 5 For John truly Immersed with water, but you shall be Immersed with the Ruach Ha' Qodesh not many days from now.
What a wonderful parallel of the Messiah death and the Exodus story from when they came out of Egypt until the day of Shavuot!
