Explaining the Jubilee Years according to the Zadokite Priest Records

On this website you will find 121 Jubilee Years numbered in sets of 2-7.

In the DSS we find this 6-year rotation of Jubilee cycles listed as 2-7. The 2nd Jubilee starts with Gamul, the 3rd with Yedaiah, the 4th with Miyamin, the 5th Shecaniah, the 6th Yeshebeab, 7th Aphses. this is the same priestly order that heads the 6 years of priestly courses. The 6 years of priestly courses rotate within the 6 sets of Jubilee cycles that total 294 years then repeat just as the 6 years of Priestly courses repeat within the Jubilee years. We think of this as a wheel within a wheel working together and coming back around to the same starting point again.

What we have done is simply used this very same pattern found in the DSS Priestly Records and went back in time first to the book of Jubilees when Moshe was told to return to Egypt and then when they entered the promise land. We used the 2019 to start the count backwards because this is where we found the starting point of the 6-year priestly courses that lined up with the sun, moon, and stars in our day and described as creation week with Gamul starting.

We continued counting backwards to a possible creation date that would have started with Gamul and the 2nd...or 1st jubilee. to proceed any further back would of broke the jubilee cycle of 2-7 and added to many years to the creation date. We understand this is new and hasn't been done before to our knowledge.

We have had some people put out information against this calling it erroneous assumptions for the reason that the Priestly Order wasn't set up until King David. This is an understandable thought. Although, this was not the purpose of tracking these Jubilee Years back to Creation. The Purpose is in the Jubilee years not the Preist serving and in finding the match between the DSS records and the book of Jubilees. We left the Names of the Priest in each Jubilee cycle just as they were listed in the DSS in each Jubilee cycle.

WE DO UNDERSTAND the PRIESTLY COURSES WERE SET UP BY KING DAVID.

We also know that the priestly order was given by lots to King David by divine order and believe to be patterned after the 24 elders around the throne of the Most High Yah! Revelation 4 and 5. This is a new way of looking at history from the records left in the DSS.

I am sure there can be more work done with these 121 years of Jubilees and more historical dates filled in that will lead us to a more accurate history according to the Zadokite Priest.

I pray that Yah will lead us into more understanding on this topic.
