The case for the Sabbath Day as we know it today is being put forth as being lost using the book of Jubilees chapter 6:32-37 Let's take a good look and see what it is really saying.
verse 32 And you shall command the children of Israel that they observe the years according to this reckoning: 364 days, and they shall not disturb its time from its days and from its Festivals; for all shall fall out in them according to their witness, and they shall not leave out any day nor disturb any festivals.
verse 33 But if they neglect and do not observe them according to His Command, then they shall disturb all their seasons, and the years shall be dislodged from this order, and they shall neglect their laws.
verse 34 and all the children of Israel shall forget, and shall not find the path of the years, and shall forget the new moons, and seasons, and Shabbathoth, and they shall go astray as to all the order of the years.
verse 35 For I know, and from this time on I shall declare it to you, and it is not of my own devising; for the Book is written before me. And on the tablets of the shamayim the division of days is ordained, lest they forget the festivals of the covenant and walk according to the festivals of the gentiles and after their ignorance.
verse 36 For there will be those who shall assuredly make observations of the moon - how it disturbs the seasons and comes in from year to year 10 days to soon.
verse 37 For this reason the years shall come upon them when they shall disturb the order, and make an abominable day the day of witness, and an unclean day a feast day, and they shall confuse all the days, the qodesh with the unclean, and the unclean day with the qodesh; for they shall go astray as to the months and Shabbathoth and Festivals and Jubilees.
verse 38 For this reason I command and witness to you that you may witness to them; for after your death your children shall confuse them, so that they shall not make the year 364 days only, and for this reason they shall go astray as to the new moons and seasons and Shabbathoth and Festivals, and they shall eat all kinds of blood with all kinds of flesh.
What we are being told here is to keep the festivals within the 364 days that are written and ordained in the Shamayim or heavens according to the division of days listed in Jubilees 6:1-31, the four days the divide the year into the four seasons with 52 weeks of Sabbaths within the 364-day year. They are going wrong by taking up the moon calendar that shifts the feast out of the correct divisions because the new moon falls short 10 days a year and you will no longer have 52 sabbaths within a 364-day year because now your year is only 354 days, and all your festivals are not divided evenly within the set division of days.
We see the sons of Noah did go astray until Jubilees 12:26-27 And I opened his mouth, and his ears, and his lips, and I began to speak with him in the Hebrew tongue of creation. And he took the books of his father's -and these were written in Hebrew- and he transcribed them and began from this time to study them. And I made known to him that which he could not understand, and he studied them during the six rainy months.
From Abrams lineage we have records in Jubilees of them keeping the Sabbath and festivals.
From Abram and Sarai's son Isaac.
Isaac and Rebekah's son Jacob.
Jacob's son's the 12 tribes of the Israelites.
Joseph one of Jacob's sons was sold into slavery at 17 years of age in Egypt.
Joseph was cast into prison for two years and released after given Pharoah the interpreting Pharoah's dream of the coming Famine. Jubilees 45 Joseph gives his father, Jacob and his brothers the land of Goshen in Egypt to protect them from the famine.
In Jubilees 45:18 we see Jacob gives the books of his fathers to his son Levi, before he died, that he should guard them and renew them for his sons of Israel to this day.
Jubilees 46:3 And ten weeks of years were all the days of the life of Joseph which he lived after his father, and he was no enemy or anything wicked in all the days of the life of Joseph which he lived after his father Jaco, for all the Egyptians honored the sons of Jacob during all the days of the life of Joseph. 46:5 and all his brothers died, and all that generation.
Jubilees 46:10-11 and the children of Israel brought out of Egypt all the bones of all the sons of Jacob except the bones of Joseph, and buried them in the fields, in the double caves in the mountains. And the most returned to Egypt, and a few of them remained behind in the mountains of Hebron, and thy (Mosheh) father Amram remained with them.
The ones that returned multiplied and the Egyptians turned them into slaves. Jubilees 47: King Pharoah, of Egypt, issued a command concerning them, to throw all their children into the river. Mosheh was saved out of the river by Pharoah's daughter and given to his mother to raise. Jubilees 47:10 And afterwards, when you were grown up, they brought you to the daughter of Pharoah, and you became her son. And Amram your father taught you writing.
Moshe ends up smiting an Egyptian and flees. In chapter 48 of Jubilees Moshe is told to return to Egypt, and he would free the Israelites. After Yah releases the Israelites from Egypt they spent 40 years in the wilderness gathering manna 6 days and resting on the Sabbath.
The tabernacle was set up and the Sabbath day kept down through time even until the Messiah.
